Apple iOS 13 - Long Awaited Dark Mode Coming

Apple iOS 13 is Coming - Expecting with Animoji Characters

This year Worldwide Developers conference (WWDC) schedule on 3rd June 2019.

Apple has fixed a lot of bugs in iOS 11 and iOS 12, the next will come iOS 13 and expecting with Animoji characters.

What is Animoji?

iOS includes an animated emoji feature known as Animoji. This responds to facial expressions via the iPhone X camera, to animate various 3D animated emojis that can be sent as a video file with sound.

According to 9to5mac, we could see a system-wide dark mode, app tabs and a new undo gesture, alongside a major overhaul of the interface for iPads.

Then there’s the slew of Animoji sprites we’re expecting to see in iOS 13. Apple already gave us a preview of 230 new characters being added to the library, but a new leak suggests four more could be incoming.

With iOS 13, there are many changes coming to iPad, including the ability for apps to have multiple windows. Each window will also be able to contain sheets that are initially attached to a portion of the screen, but can be detached with a drag gesture, becoming a card that can be moved around freely, similar to what an open-source project called “PanelKit” could do.

PanelKit is a UI framework that enables panels on iOS.

These cards can also be stacked on top of each other, and use a depth effect to indicate which cards are on top and which are on the bottom. Cards can be flung away to dismiss them.

With iOS 13, Apple is introducing a new standard undo gesture for text input on the iPad. The gesture starts as a three-finger tap on the keyboard area, sliding left and right allows the user to undo and redo actions interactively.

Other features to come with iOS 13 include a redesigned Reminders app.
